MINT Design has been at the forefront of landscape design in Melbourne for the past 10 years. Specialising in unique, high-end residential properties, we offer services for pool and landscape with an emphasis on Contemporary Australian design. We pride ourselves on exceptional presentation and detailing of concept plans, 3D renderings and high-level construction documentation.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a team orientated and self-motivated landscape designer/architect to join our team based in Melbourne’s Inner West. This is an opportunity for a designer currently practicing landscape design to take their skills to the next level and take creative control of some of Melbourne’s best landscapes.
The Role
As part of the MINT Design team you will be required to design residential landscapes from small courtyards to large scale properties taking projects from concept sketches through to construction documentation.
The successful applicant will have experience with designing landscapes on steep grades, pool compliance regulations and a portfolio of residential design work that highlights their design skills across a variety of projects.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential landscape design
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD or other vector based software
- Have a portfolio of design work that reflects a contemporary design ethos
- An understanding of the Planning Scheme and relevant Building Regulations
- Some construction detailing experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to carry out a range of tasks and have good organizational skills
- Have a passion for landscape design as well as excellent verbal and written skills
- Be able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Driver’s license and car
