Mint Design x ABI Interiors Outdoor Shower Giveaway 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Mint Design x ABI Interiors Outdoor Shower Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mint Pool & Landscape Design Pty Ltd ABN 86 329 517 256, (“the Promoter”).

The prize is supplied in partnership with ABI Interiors Pty Ltd (“Prize Partner”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 4/12/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11/12/2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, individuals must:

a. Be Australian residents, aged 18 years or older;

b. Have a valid Instagram account;

c. Not be employees (or immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter or Prize Partner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period:

Like the giveaway post on Instagram;

Follow @mintdesignau and @abiinteriors on Instagram;

Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• 1 × ABI Interiors “Sola Outdoor Shower” in the winner’s chosen colour, subject to availability

• Australia-wide delivery included

(“Prize”)

Total prize value: AUD $3829.90 RRP.

The Prize is:

• Not transferable

• Not redeemable for cash or credit

• Subject to the Prize Partner’s stock availability and standard product warranty

If the selected colour is not available, the Prize Partner may offer a reasonable alternative.

Installation is not included.

6. Selection of Winner

The winner will be chosen via a random draw conducted by the Promoter at 10:00am AEST on 12/12/2025.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s business address or via a secure digital draw method.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via direct message from the official @mintdesignau Instagram account only within 24 hours of the draw.

Entrants should beware of impersonation or scam accounts. The Promoter will not request credit card details or personal financial information.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter may redraw and award the Prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Delivery of Prize

The Prize will be shipped to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock, location, or external factors.

The Promoter and Prize Partner are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by third-party couriers.

9. Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, Instagram handle, and entry for promoting the giveaway, announcing the winner, and related marketing activities.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Partner are not responsible for:

• Technical failures (e.g., Instagram outages, internet issues)

• Lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries

• Any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the Promotion or Prize

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entrants release Instagram from all liability arising from participation in the Promotion.

12. Modification or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise;

• Disqualify entrants who breach these Terms or engage in misconduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
